Disease Details
It is a small tear or open wound that occurs in the lining of the anus. This can cause pain in the anal area or bleeding when defecating.
Symptom
• Pain in the rectum when passing hard stools
• It may hurt and sting after if the wound is deep
• There is bleeding from the rectum
• There are polyps or lumps at the edge of the anus.
• Burning and itching in the anus
Treatment
• Adjust eating and drinking habits.
• Take medicine to relieve constipation.

What is this disease?
Anal Fissure is a small tear or open wound that occurs in the lining of the anus, which may cause pain in the anal area or bleeding when defecating. This condition can be found in all genders and ages. But it is more common in infants and young children because they often suffer from constipation.

Risk factors
• Strain hard to pass stool.
• Constipation
• The stool has very hard lumps.
• Infection or inflammation of the rectum.
• Have anal sex.
• Excessive contraction of the sphincter.

Diagnosis
• Take a history and physically examine the anal area. The doctor may insert a finger into the rectum or use an endoscope.
