Disease Details
Inflammation of the glands creates a city at the edge of the anus. Until it becomes an abscess (Perianal Abscess) until it spreads until a hole forms between the inside of the anus and outside the anus.
Symptom
• Pain, swelling, or pain in the inside of your butt cheek, or Around the anus
• There may be lymph seeping from the wound in the anus. Has blood or pus
• Itching around the anus or surrounding skin
The anus is inflamed and swollen and red.
• Some patient may also have a fever.

What is this disease?
Anal Fistula is an inflammation of the anal gland at the edge of the anus. Until it becomes an abscess of pus (Perianal Abscess) until it spreads until a hole forms between the inside of the anus and outside the anus. The amount of pus will increase until it spreads and erodes along the muscle layer around the anus and penetrates up to the skin layer of the anus This makes the lesion look like a hollow connecting the anus to the nearby epidermis.

Risk factors
ANAL FISTULA is usually caused by infection or inflammation of the “mucus glands” that produce mucus. Anal area In addition, ANAL FISTULA can also be caused by some types of chronic infectious or inflammatory diseases.

Diagnosis
• Interview and basic physical examination.
• Have a rectal ultrasound scan for a detailed examination.

Treatment
No matter what happens, requires surgery only.

Fistulotomy is surgery using a knife or electrocautery. For use with patients with uncomplicated candidiasis.
Fistulectomy is a surgical method used for patients in the same group as patients using the Seton Ligation technique, but except for patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease. The method of treatment is to use a knife as a tool to cut out all connections.
